• 7-Week Titration Protocol – Designed for sensitive systems, this protocol gradually increases dosing over 7 weeks. It provides a gentle on-ramp for individuals new to detoxification or those uncertain about their tolerance. 
• 4-Week Flat Protocol – A more intensive option with consistent dosing across 4 weeks. This approach delivers higher, steady support and may be repeated as directed by a practitioner. For sensitive individuals, it is often best to begin with the titration protocol before progressing to the flat protocol. 

Mold and mycotoxins can take several months to clear, repeat 4-week flat protocol as necessary, based on clinical assessment.

If symptoms intensify at any point during the protocol, reduce dosing to the last tolerated level.
