Overview

The Liver Cleanse Program™ is an all‑natural, structured 6‑day plan designed to support liver and gallbladder health by combining diet guidance with targeted supplements. The program uses liver‑stimulating botanicals in the first phase to soften buildup, then employs a flush to help purge toxins from the liver and gallbladder.*

What’s In the Kit

• Liver Health – 1 bottle (2 oz) — a blend of liver‑support herbs used in the prep phase
• Turmeric – 1 bottle (2 oz) — botanical antioxidant support for the liver
• Oxy‑Powder® – 1 bottle (60 capsules) — for promoting toxin elimination during prep and flush phases
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 bottle (6 oz) — used to stimulate bile flow during flush

Epsom Salt – 1 packet (1 tablespoon) — relaxes bile ducts to assist the flush

Suggested Use

Days 1–4: Prep Phase

• Take 5 mL of Liver Health + 5 mL of Turmeric three times per day between meals (total 15 mL each daily). Take them at least 30 minutes to 1 hour apart from food.
• In the evening (2+ hours after your last meal), take 4 capsules of Oxy‑Powder.

Day 5: Pre‑Flush

• Do not take Liver Health, Turmeric, or Oxy‑Powder
• Eat light meals (preferably fruit)
• In the evening, mix the Epsom salt packet in ~8 oz (warm) water and drink immediately
• Two hours later, drink the bottle of olive oil (you may mix with juice or refrigerate for ease)

Day 6: Flush

• Upon waking, take 6 capsules of Oxy‑Powder
• Avoid eating for 1–2 hours after Oxy‑Powder
• Expect bowel movements or increased elimination — this is part of the flush process*
• Continue a cleansing diet and rest during the day

• *You may or may not visibly see waste from the liver/gallbladder — results depend on individual physiology.
